Two pieces of my work were featured in 'The Radical Roma Archive' project, which aims to challenge systems of oppression and transform social disadvantage into inclusive environments that promote community well-being. This initiative focuses on Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller (GRT) communities, using traditional crafts and arts-based methods to explore their rich heritage and advocate for their recognition as vibrant contributors to the arts. Central to this project is a 'travelling outdoor gallery,' created from billboards designed to dismantle stereotypes and showcase GRT perspectives, particularly in response to legal challenges like the policing and courts bill. Through public exhibitions and collaborations with various artists, the project highlights community resistance, cultural heritage, and innovative activism, aspiring to empower underrepresented voices and foster a collective vision for social change.
